THE SECOND PORTION WOULD BE ONCE ALL THE THE CONTRACT IS PUT TOGETHER WITH THE HELP OF THE COUNTY ATTORNEY, WOULD BE TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS. SINCE WE'RE UNDER A A SOMEWHAT OF A TIMELINE TOWARDS THE END OF THE END OF THE YEAR, 31ST OF DECEMBER, IN WHICH CASE THEN WOULD EXPEDITE THAT PROCESS. I REQUEST THAT I BE ABLE TO SIGN THAT CONTRACT. THE. THE DIFFICULTY, I THINK, THAT YOU ARE FACING IF YOU DO NEED TO GO AHEAD AND GET THIS. THIS PROJECT STARTED AND THERE'S STILL SOME UNCERTAINTY IN THE COST. SO RIGHT CURRENTLY THE GROUND LEASE HAS 1.1 TO 1.4. 1.5 WOULD BE THE DESCRIPTIVE BUSINESS PLAN THAT FAA HAS RECOMMENDED. AND IF APPROVED, THE CHAIRMAN WOULD SIGN THAT AND THEN THE SPONSOR OUT OF THE UK WOULD ALSO SIGN TO TO CAPTURE THAT AS A VALID LEGAL DOCUMENT. ALL RIGHT. THAT ONE ALSO IS A LITTLE BIT.
